Congress Registration Information

How to Register

To register, complete and submit the registration form for Congress Registration, Social Program and Accompanying Persons’ Program.

Please note that online registration is available until April 20. As of that day, registration will be possible onsite only.

Fees

The WCN 2007 Registration Fee includes:

  • Admission to the Scientific Sessions from Saturday April 21 to Wednesday April 25, 2007 inclusive unless stated otherwise
  • Congress bag, badges and documentation
  • Final Program and Abstract Book
  • Access to the Industry and Poster Exhibition
  • Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Saturday April 21, 2007 at the RIOCENTRO
  • Coffee Breaks
  • Complimentary Congress shuttle service between the Congress Center and all Congress hotels
  • Tourist information pack on Rio de Janeiro

Accompanying Person’s Registration Fee includes:

  • Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Saturday April 21, 2007 at the RIOCENTRO
  • A trip on Rio’s Sugar Loaf on Sunday April 22, or Tuesday April 24, 2007
  • Complimentary Congress shuttle service between the Congress Center and all Congress hotels
  • Tourist information pack on Rio de Janeiro

Registration for Latin American Residents Participants*

Individual Latin American Residents only can register at exclusive reduced rates to attend WCN 2007.

* Participants from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.

Registration for Italian Pharmaceutical Companies

WCN 2007 has chosen AIM International Group to collect, on behalf of WCN , all applications from Italian pharmaceutical companies and file them with the appropriate Italian Health Ministry officials.

All letters of confirmation must be presented at the Registration Desk in order to receive the Congress bag and badge.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent to the WCN 2007 Organizing Secretariat in writing (by fax, letter, or e-mail). For cancellations received before March 1 2007, deposits will be refunded minus a standard charge of US$ 80.00 to cover administrative costs. After this date, no refunds will be given. A handling fee of US$ 40.00 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after March 1 2007.
